PRODUCTION, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Most shop items are ‘one-of-a-kind’, or contain ‘one-of-a-kind’ gemstones. The item that you see will be the one you will receive unless otherwise stated. Once the item in the shop is sold and marked as so, another can be handmade to order but the gemstones may differ slightly in colour, inclusions, and sometimes cut of the stone. We will notify you of the stones to be used in your piece before it is handmade. We are also happy to customize any piece with alternative stones of a similar shape and size that would complement the design.
If stated in stock, items from the online shop will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days within the UK.
Items from the online shop that state they are sold and will need to be ‘handmade to order’ will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks within the UK.
Specialist commissions and the occasional collection piece may take longer but you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time for such pieces, usually 6-8 weeks within the UK.
Orders over £250 will be delivered FREE of charge. All items under £250 will be despatched by ‘ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY’ at a cost of £12.00. This service guarantees next day delivery and insures the item whilst in transit. The package will be delivered between 9am-1pm and requires a signature on arrival.

All items costing £250 or under will be despatched by ‘ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED’ at a cost of £16.00. All items priced above £250 will be despatched by a specialist insured courier. Depending on the value of the item this will be an additional cost calculated separately. Please get in touch to enquire about the cost of this service.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery outside the UK.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union local taxes and import duties may be applicable and payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We cannot predict their amount or have any control over these.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online shop purchase, you have up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the item to return it for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided that the item is returned unworn and in the same new condition as it was received, together with all the original packaging materials.
We regret to inform you that only a replacement or exchange can be offered if you are unhappy with your commission or custom made order.
Please tell us the reason why you are returning the item – this helps us to ensure the high quality of our products and improve our service to you. Please note postage charges are not refundable.
We assure you that every piece of jewellery is handmade to the highest standard possible, but we do recognize that breakages can happen. In the unlikely and unfortunate case your item should break whilst you are wearing or using your item…
A free repair service up to 6 months from day of purchase does apply, but only if the breakage was due to a flaw within the way the piece was originally made i.e. a weakness in a soldered joint, or a badly set stone etc. and not due to unnecessary wear and tear.
Please inform us of a breakage as soon as possible so that an assessment can be made as to how it can be fixed.
All items even those that are damaged must be returned by ‘ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY’ or an equivalent if returning from outside the UK. This service will insure the item in transit and guarantee nextday delivery if returning within the UK.
We regret to inform you that items returned to us arriving damaged, or which get lost in transit due to them not being sent by the requested postal service will not be credited.
